Welcome to Spring Run Dairy! We are a family-owned farm in Pittstown, NJ, that takes pride in the health of our animals and the quality of our products. The farm was founded by Dan's grandparents in the 1980s and covers 123 acres of preserved land. As a third-generation Lyness to work the farm, Dan brings a fresh perspective as our first dairy farmer.
Sarah, his partner in both life and business, grew up in the local dairy 4-H club and participated in FFA, always having a passion for advocacy. For her, a creamery is the perfect combination of the two, where she can continue to champion the welfare of animals and the sustainability of farming practices.
