Spring Run Dairy is home to a herd of registered Jersey and Holstein cows. We’ve named our registered herd Millennial Genetics.

Feeding Our Herd
We feed our cows a daily GMO-free diet that includes non-GMO corn and soybeans grown on the farm. This careful diet results in high-quality, nutrient-dense feed for the cows.

Our Milk
Spring Run Dairy's whole milk is a taste of nostalgia, with its extra creaminess attributed to the Jersey cows in the herd. Our milk is non-homogenized, allowing the cream to rise to the top, so remember to shake it before drinking!

The Process
The dairy manages the entire process, from crop cultivation and cow care to milk bottling, creating a truly full-circle product. The on-farm creamery features state-of-the-art equipment, including a vat pasteurizer, tube cooler, and bottle and cap machine. The milk is pasteurized using a low-temperature method to preserve its natural form and flavor, ensuring a rich and creamy taste.
